From among abu taubah’s teachers is the late Shaykh Muhammad Saalim ash-ShinQeeTi, the famous Imaam of Usool ul fiQh and tafseer; He also studied under Shaykh abu Bakr Djob alFulaani, and Shaykh Muhammad Ould-‘Eid ShinQeeTi both, while in Mauritania. He is also a long time student of Shaykh Muhammad FaarooQ And was taught the science of hadeeth by Shaykh Abdul-Mawjood of Egypt, a senior student of Shaykh Muqbil bin Hadee al-Wadi’ee. He is a HaafiDz of Qur-aan in all Ten Qiraa’at. And he specializes in Usoolul-FiQh, and tafseer.
The students explain the final two chapters of First Grade FiQh, with Sheikh abu taubah adding notes at the end. Topics include RamaDan, the lineage of the Prophet (sall Allahu alaihi wa sallam), and parenthood.
